Services included in package below. Price varies depending on services needed. • Event planning ahead of time including a planning worksheet and coordination of the events the day of the reception • Any meetings needed prior to the event • Up to 4 hours of DJ service including: o A DJ to emcee your event o A complete sound system o A microphone for toasts and announcements by the wedding party, family, and friends o Background music for cocktail hour and dinner o Music (including your requests) for dancing o Dance floor lighting o A priority on what the bride and groom want for music, order of events, and special requests o Complete set up and tear down o Guaranteed professional and courteous service • Colored wall lighting • Custom monogram projection Reception over 4 hours will be an additional $99 an hour. If you would like a different combination of services, we can customize any package. To secure our service a 25% deposit is required. Final payment is due seven days prior to the event. We realize every event is unique and sometimes there are additional requests or actions requiring different needs. We are flexible and will accommodate what you want. Very large events, extra requests, or extended travel could incur additional costs depending on the need for additional sound, lighting, or travel expenses. We will review those situations prior to settling a contract. We enjoy what we do and guarantee all our services.
